Terms and Conditions  

 

1. Immediately after reservation requests are received, bookings will be made and confirmation with NETT quotations in US Dollar and IDR (Rp.) sent.

 

2. Unless previous arrangement has been made, full payment in US Dollar and IDR  (Rp.) should be received by Jenny Travel, PT. At least 1 month prior to client‘s arrival. Remittance per Telegraphic Transfer to:

Failure to comply with prepayment conditions may result in the cancellation of reservations.

 

3. While it is not Indonesia Go Tours policy to levy cancellation or “no show” fees of any kind, late notice of cancellation can result in a claim from hotels and suppliers of services. In such cases, we will debit charges to the agents concerned.

 

4. Vouchers of services by Jenny Travel will be honored provided prior arrangement has been made. One copy should be sent to us plus the relevant itinerary. Client’s top copy will be returned with invoice as proof of services provided.

 

5. Rooming list and one nights deposit are required by hotels for group booking, plus progress reports three months & two months prior to arrival, with final rooming list and depos one month before arrival date. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in hotel canceling rooms held, without notice.

 

6. All services conducted by experienced English-Speaking Guides. Guides specializing in other language are available on request, subject to availability and surcharge.

 

7. Airport taxes NOT INCLUDED in costing.

 

8. The very best in personalized service is given to all passengers. Reliable and comfortable vehicles. Friendly meeting and seeing–off service. Groups and VIPs are greeted with flowers (leis on request at surcharge). Ice-cold refresher towels on all tours. Reconfirmation of onward flights handled by us.

 

9. All vehicles are air conditioned.

 

10. Jenny Tours & Travel Services. acts only in the capacity of agent for transportation companies, vehicle owners, hotels and all other contractors involved and shall not be held liable or responsible for any loss, damage, accident, injury, delay or irregularity whatsoever arising from the use of any accommodation, transport or other service; from labor strikes, illness, weather, fire, natural disasters, or any other forces beyond our control. Jenny Tour & Travel also reserves the right to modify or withdraw tour arrangement without notification if considered necessary and in the best interests of passengers.

 

11. Travel Insurance, It is advised that all travelers should purchase adequate travel insurance at the time of booking flights and/or tours.
